As an Operations Manager specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events, your role will involve overseeing the execution and successful delivery of various events. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and managing MICE events to ensure timely delivery and quality execution. - Coordinating with clients, vendors, and venues for seamless event logistics. - Supervising the event team and effectively delegating tasks. - Managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and controlling expenses. - Overseeing on-site logistics, transportation, and accommodations. - Troubleshooting any issues that arise on event day to ensure client satisfaction. - Conducting post-event reviews and providing feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in event operations, with a preference for MICE industry experience. - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in event management software and MS Office. - Ability to manage large-scale events and effectively resolve on-site challenges.
