Roles and Responsibility :
. Lead and execute end-to-end operations for MICE events.
. Possess knowledge of contracting and operations.
. Oversee costing, ensuring financial efficiency, and delivering value for clients.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event delivery.
. Contracting with transportation suppliers for rates for PAN India.
. Contracting with hotel on group rates costing.
. Negotiating for rates from hoteliers and suppliers.
. Processing payments to hotels and suppliers on time.
. Creating invoices, following up for payments, and closing files accordingly.
