MICE Operation Manager

The Mice Operation Manager position requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Operations. The role is based in Sector-28 (Dlf phase 4) Gurgaon with a competitive salary package. As the Mice Operation Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth within the MICE and Events industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring high-value clients, establishing strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, and designing tailored solutions for corporate events. The ideal candidate for this role must have a successful track record in MICE sales, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a well-established network in either Mumbai or Gurgaon. Your primary focus will be on achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's market presence and reputation as a premier provider of MICE services.
