Mgr - Reliability (Cust. Quality)

You will be responsible for coordinating quality activities to ensure the deployment of customer needs and latent desires in products. This includes benchmarking quality parameters and improving the quality of tools and dies. You will work closely with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to conduct in-process and final inspection of panels, dies, and fixtures. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating a quality indicator dashboard for senior management reviews, highlighting key quality risks. You will also be required to carry out different audits such as process audits and GNODA-C/GNOFA-C audits, as well as MSA and SPC studies. Furthermore, you will play a key role in maintaining measuring instruments, accessories, material handling equipment in good working condition, and ensuring safe working conditions and good housekeeping in the department. Ideal candidates for this position should have 8 to 10 years of experience and hold a BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering. Industry preferred qualifications are required for this role.,
