Mgr. Learning Program Management

The Learning Delivery Manager is responsible for leading a team of Product Instructors and Program Managers to support all areas of the business in terms of Learning. This role involves developing instructors to deliver product learning to customers, internal teams, and partners. Additionally, the Manager collaborates with regional customer-facing teams, such as sales and services, and represents regional needs within the Global Learning Delivery and Enablement Team. The position entails up to 25% travel within India and occasionally to other countries, including the United States. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of Instructors and Services Enablement Program Managers in India, overseeing staffing and team processes, and ensuring the performance process of each team member aligns with objectives set by UKG. The Manager also partners with Sales and Service organizations to provide support on all Learning aspects for India, monitors and resolves overall satisfaction issues within company guidelines, and continuously improves leadership capabilities. Moreover, the Learning Delivery Manager is involved in recruiting activities and onboarding new hires, sponsors and leads internal projects and workgroups, and contributes to the ongoing refinement of team tools, standards, and processes. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, possess over 5 years of corporate training experience in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate leadership and coaching abilities. Experience in managing teams across different countries and time zones, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, is essential. An understanding of organizational challenges and issues, adaptability, and task prioritization skills are also required. While experience with UKG products is preferred, it is not essential for this role.,
