Job Description

Information Systems Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership & Architecture:

    Design, build, and maintain integrations between

    Veeva Vault - Clinical Operations

    and other applications. You will analyze and translate functional and technical requirements into software architecture and design specifications.
  • Agile Management:

    Oversee the software development lifecycle using

    Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

    . You will work with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure commitments are met and act as an escalation point.
  • Team & Talent Development:

    Develop and motivate the team, delegate effectively, and champion diversity. You will act as a role model of servant leadership, fostering talent and providing mentorship.
  • Strategy & Compliance:

    Contribute to and define business outcomes, technology solutions, and services. You will ensure ongoing alignment with strategy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    Participate in stakeholder and leadership meetings, ensuring successful delivery. You will collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and facilitate standard process sharing.

Technical Skills

  • Solid experience in implementing and managing application integrations using technologies such as

    MuleSoft

    .
  • Experience with

    Veeva Vault - Clinical Operations

    applications.
  • Experience with version control systems like

    Git

    .
  • Good understanding of

    cloud platforms

    (e.g.,

    AWS, GCP, Azure

    ) and containerization technologies (e.g.,

    Docker, Kubernetes

    ).
  • Experience with software

    DevOps CI/CD

    tools such as

    Git, Jenkins, Linux

    , and

    Shell Script

    is a plus.
  • ITIL

    and

    Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

    for Teams certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

  • A Doctorate degree, a Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience, or a Diploma with 10-12 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in people management and leading matrixed teams.
