Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate should be hands-on developer programming modular code for the implementation of Metaverse (AR/MR/VR) real-time applications as per the design.

Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity.

Integrate media Assets and implement technical designs.

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems.

Have experience/knowledge on any Metaverse/XR platforms and SDKs

Help build rapid prototypes of experimental features using Unity 3D and/or Metaverse tools.

Design and implement concurrent AR features in C#.

Work with multiple APIs Databases in Unity 3d.

Collaborate with various teams to help build features and solve creative problems.

Work with Metaverse and its tools to create experiences.

Creating virtual spaces/Virtual worlds in different metaverse.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

4-8 years of experience in Unity/XR/Metaverse development is required

Must be an expert in Unity, C#, URP, Augmented Reality (AR Kit, AR Core, AR Foundation), Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, Algorithms Data Structures, UI, Unity Prototyping tools, Addressables, Plugins, Shaders, GitHub,

Preferred knowledge in Metaverse platforms like DecentraLand, SandBox, AltspaceVR, Meta, Presence SDK, Microsoft Mesh etc.

Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, 3D Math, and data structures.

Must be well-versed with web APIs for backend applications integrations.

Strong time management and team-oriented mind-set where the candidate has executed successfully against deadline.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:

Constant networking with industry groups, thought leaders, analyst, customers special interest groups in Social media

Avid reader continuous learner thru varied channels.

Dreamer, Creative, Passionate Self-motivated self-starter

Actively listen to others and demonstrate understanding of other points of view.

Showcase likeliness to adjust to changing conditions or priorities.

Provide and receive accurate information in research projects other communications.

Understand IP trademark policies and actively promote safe practices in research projects.
