Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Metallizer Operator based in Rajkot. The Metallizer Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining metallizing equipment, ensuring consistent production quality, monitoring the production process, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Other responsibilities include conducting equipment inspections, identifying potential issues, and working collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining metallizing machinery
• Practical knowledge of production processes and troubleshooting techniques
• Understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments
• Basic mechanical and technical skills
• Team collaboration and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in the packaging or film manufacturing industry is advantageous
• High school diploma or vocational training in a related field
