As an Instagram Specialist for a SaaS & Tech Product Branding company, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the brand presence on Instagram by creating captivating visuals, reels, carousels, and stories that resonate with tech-savvy and business audiences, particularly those interested in SaaS products, notably AI & ML Products. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining Instagram content calendars for various brands, crafting and sharing visually appealing carousels, reels, and infographics, leveraging trending audio and hashtags to boost engagement, collaborating with designers and developers to showcase SaaS updates and features, analyzing insights to cultivate a genuine and active follower base, and formulating lead generation strategies through both paid and organic approaches. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 2 years of experience in managing Instagram accounts for tech/SaaS brands, proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software, a deep understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and algorithm workings, the ability to craft compelling copy for captions and stories, familiarity with scheduling platforms such as Later or Buffer, and the capacity to deliver high-quality work efficiently within tight deadlines. In another role as a Facebook Marketing Specialist for SaaS and B2B Services, your main focus will revolve around overseeing organic and paid campaigns for SaaS solutions, with an emphasis on building brand awareness through consistent engagement and targeted audience interactions. Your duties will include planning and sharing daily content like product updates, blogs, and behind-the-scenes glimpses, executing Facebook Ads to drive lead generation and product visibility, managing Facebook groups where necessary and fostering community engagement, monitoring performance metrics to refine strategies, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure post consistency across different channels, and developing lead generation strategies through both organic methods and paid campaigns.
