Job Overview:

We are a fast-growing FMCG food brand looking for a Performance Marketer with AI expertise to drive revenue growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will be skilled in AI-driven marketing automation, data analytics, optimization, budget management, and performance analytics to achieve high ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads campaigns. Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT / Any other) for audience targeting and automated bidding.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions and engagement.
• Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives.
• Stay updated on AI marketing trends and new advertising strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in managing high-budget paid campaigns.
• Expertise in Meta, YouTube & Google Ads.
• Proficiency in AI-powered ad tools & analytics.
• Strong skills in A/B testing & conversion optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite & Google Tag Manager.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
