We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to generate leads, sales, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Create, manage & optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Audience research, targeting & retargeting
Ad copy coordination & creative suggestions
Pixel setup, conversion tracking & performance monitoring
Daily optimization to improve ROI & CPL
Weekly performance reporting
Requirements
Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong understanding of campaign objectives & funnel strategy
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Custom Audiences & Lookalike Audiences
Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
Payment
Per campaign / Monthly retainer (as discussed)
