Meta ads Specialist

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring an experienced Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist with strong Business Analytics expertise to manage and optimize paid campaigns for our Ed-Tech brand. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, reporting, tracking KPIs, and generating high-quality leads at optimal cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Create custom audiences (city-wise, education-wise, interest-wise, behavior-based).
• Monitor key ad metrics including CPC, CPL/CPConv, CTR, ROAS, Lead Quality, etc.
• Prepare detailed Excel-based campaign reports including ad spend, leads, CPC, CPConv, and ROI.
• Design and edit images & short videos for campaigns using Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Analyze campaign insights using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Optimize campaigns daily to ensure maximum leads at minimum cost.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
• Collaborate with the content and sales team to improve lead quality.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing.
• Strong Business Analytics and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas).
• Proven work experience in Ed-Tech / Education sector is a must.
• Ability to create high-converting creatives (images & short ad videos).
• Must submit past campaign performance reports showing:
• Total ad spend
• Number of leads generated
• CPC, CPL/CPConversion
• Screenshot/report evidence of past work
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
