The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on knowledge of managing high-budget ad campaigns, optimizing for ROAS, and scaling e-commerce growth profitably. Responsibilities Plan, launch & optimize Meta and Google Ads for conversions and sales. Manage retargeting funnels, audiences, pixels & conversion tracking. Analyze campaign data and implement performance improvements. Report actionable insights directly to management. Requirements 3 + years’ experience in Meta & Google Ads for D2C/e-commerce. Proven success in scaling campaigns and improving ROAS. Expert in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics & Shopify tracking. Strong analytical and creative testing skills. Attach your resume + key campaign results (ROAS / platforms / tools).
