As a Meta Ads Specialist at Homero, you will play a crucial role in managing high-performing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, creating, and managing Meta Ads campaigns with precision and performance-driven execution. - Managing a monthly Meta advertising budget of 1 Crore, ensuring strategic allocation and optimization. - Conducting audience research to develop effective targeting strategies for maximizing campaign performance. - Writing compelling ad copy and collaborating with the creative team to create engaging visuals. - Continuously monitoring and optimizing ad campaigns to improve ROAS and achieve set goals. - Analyzing campaign performance data and preparing detailed reports with actionable insights. - Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in Meta Ads and D2C marketing. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist, particularly with D2C brands. - Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and related tools. - Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and drive data-driven decisions. - Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences. - Knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and custom event tracking. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience managing ad budgets ranging from Rs 25 Lakh to 1 Crore per month. - Familiarity with other ad platforms such as Google Ads. - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
