Role Overview:

Meta Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager for fashion/lifestyle brands
• Conduct deep audience research, campaign structuring, and budget allocation
• Optimize campaigns to achieve ROAS and performance benchmarks
• Prepare and analyze reports with actionable insights for scaling
• Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts and performance creatives
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, industry trends, and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience running Meta Ads

  (specifically for fashion/e-commerce brands)
• Proven record of scaling brands profitably with solid ROAS
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, conversion API, and tracking
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred)
