MES & Scada Specialist

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline.
• Must have experience in Aveva (Wonderware) MES, WorkTasks, System Platform (Including InTouch/OMI/OI), SCADA (Plant SCADA (Citect SCADA) and GE iFix), and MS SQL.
• Experience on Aveva (Wonderware) EI, InBatch, and BI-Gateway is an added advantage.
• Capabilities to work with SSRS, C# and JavaScript.
• Troubleshooting & analysing skills and a true team player.
• Development Experience required for Continuous improvement program.
• Good problem-solving capabilities in Developed applications.
• Should be able to work in an agile, dynamic team environment.
• Excellent English communication is must which includes written and verbal both.

Job Responsibilities

• Devises new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles.
• Provides for the sustaining, improvement, and development of MES/SCADA systems.
• Designs/Architect/Document infrastructure, services, and interfaces to internal and external networks. Tests MES/SCADA functionality and software changes to ensure applications produce consistent and credible results.
• Evaluates vendor proposals.
• Conducts studies and performance analyses and recommends changes.
• Updates or creates documentation based on work performed and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews projects deliverables for accuracy and provides assistance and mentoring to others.
• Troubleshoot complex communication problems.
• Develops user/operator interfaces, custom reports, and analytical tools, process automation, utility control programs and application code.
