Qualification: Only B.E/B.Tech required

NP: 15 Days to 1 Month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to lead planning, design, engineering, and implementation of network solutions for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and enterprise infrastructure. This role involves working in multi-vendor, multi-technology environments, driving performance optimization, vendor management, and end-to-end network delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead network planning, architecture design, and documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Perform multi-vendor technical evaluations, finalize BoQ/SoQ, and oversee PoCs (Proof of Concepts).
• Manage end-to-end network implementation, testing, validation, and handover.
• Prepare and track network budgets and gain necessary approvals.
• Drive vendor management, outsourcing operations, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate Cloud solutions (Azure, GCP, On-Premises) with network operations.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Ensure accurate documentation, process compliance, and service improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in network concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless, network security).
• Proven track record in large-scale enterprise or ISP network operations and planning.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.).
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Analytical ability for network performance review and optimization.
• Strong documentation, process planning, and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certifications

Target Profiles:

Professionals from Telecom, ISP, or large enterprise IT infrastructure backgrounds with a proven record in network design, engineering, and deployment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
