Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Trainer with a solid development background and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and a flair for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver high-quality training sessions on MERN Stack technologies.

· Design, develop, and update training content, assignments, and assessments.

· Guide students through hands-on projects, code reviews, and problem-solving sessions.

· Customize training based on learner skill levels and objectives.

· Evaluate and track learner performance and provide constructive feedback.

· Keep up to date with latest trends in JavaScript and web development.

· Assist in building mini-projects or capstone projects as part of the curriculum.

Technical Skills Required:

· Strong hands-on experience with the MERN Stack:

· HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

· Git, GitHub, and version control workflows

· Basic understanding of deployment tools (Heroku, Netlify, Vercel, or AWS)

· Knowledge of testing tools (Jest, Mocha) is a plus.
