MERN Stack Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated MERN Stack Trainer who possesses a deep understanding of both Frontend and Backend development using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction from fundamental to advanced levels, equipping students with the necessary skills for professional development in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting interactive training sessions focused on MERN Stack technologies, developing a well-structured curriculum, assignments, and projects. You will cover essential topics such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Redux for Frontend and Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, Authentication for Backend. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring students, addressing their inquiries promptly, and preparing them for job interviews and real-world project implementation. The ideal candidate should possess a robust practical knowledge of the MERN Stack, with prior experience in training or mentoring being advantageous. Effective communication skills in Hindi and/or English are essential, along with the ability to create engaging hands-on projects to facilitate better comprehension. Familiarity with Git & Deployment tools such as Heroku, Vercel, etc., will be considered a valuable asset. Remuneration for this position is negotiable based on the candidate's experience, with options available for freelance, hourly, project-based, or full-time employment. The work schedule entails a day shift from Monday to Friday, with a morning shift and availability on weekends. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in person.
