We're looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our fast-growing engineering team and play a key role in backend development and full-stack delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Write clean, reusable, and optimized code for backend services using Node.js or Python . Collaborate with front-end and UI/UX teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Build RESTful APIs and work with database architectures (MongoDB or relational DBs). Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure high code quality and performance. Required Skills: 1+ years of experience with MERN stack. Strong hands-on experience with Node.js or Python for backend development. Proficiency with MongoDB and REST APIs. Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/GCP. Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in Agile teams.
