Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer responsible for building and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality web solutions that meet business needs and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to develop functional and visually appealing applications. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices. Implement user-facing features and ensure a responsive design across all devices. Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and services into applications. Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications by troubleshooting and resolving issues. Work with the database team to design schema and optimize queries in MongoDB. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to the MERN stack. Collaborate with DevOps to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in a production environment. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Full Stack Developer with expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with front-end development using React.js and state management tools like Redux. Experience working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and server-side programming using Node.js. Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
