Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and solid experience in Laravel (PHP) and Java-based backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, leading technical decisions, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MERN stack
• Build robust backend APIs using Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, and Java
• Develop responsive and high-performance UI using React.js
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in system architecture and technology selection

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack
• Solid experience with Laravel (PHP Framework)
• Working experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred)
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns
• Experience with Git / version control systems
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in microservices architecture
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Prior experience in leading teams or technical ownership
• Exposure to DevOps practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
