Description
As a skilled Senior Full Stack developer with a focus on Node.js, you will be responsible for developing complete solutions in the Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) within the Retail Domain. Your end-to-end understanding of the Retail landscape, workflows, and components will be key in this role. You will work on developing APIs, REST based API Integrations, and user interface components using React.js/Vue.js. Additionally, you will build Scripts or extensions based on the JS framework used and be involved in profiling and improving application performance. Responsibilities: - Meet with cross-functional teams and business partners to discuss new projects, feature enhancements, and modernizing existing services. - Review application requirements, interface, and application designs. - Develop Clear Data Flow and Cloud Architecture Diagrams for review with the team and external architecture guild. - Translate designs, business requirements, and wireframes into high-quality code. - Develop or Deploy code to Cloud and against 3rd party SaaS platforms. - Troubleshoot interfaces, API endpoints, and debug application code. - Build reusable components for future use. - Follow Git-Flow process for new and existing Code contributions. - Document application changes and develop updates. Requirements (Technical): - Experience with Node.js and scripting frameworks. - Good experience in the Retail domain with an end-to-end understanding. - Knowledge of composable eComm or OMS packages is an added advantage. - In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages including React/NextJS and ExpressJS. - Knowledge of backend languages like C#, Python, Java is a plus. - Experience with consuming internal or public REST APIs. - Relational SQL and No-SQL experience. - Experience with API and Data Modeling design. - Knowledge of testing and monitoring frameworks and services. - Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. - Excellent troubleshooting skills. - Good project management skills. - Ability to work individually and within a large cross-functional team. - Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban teams. - Experience working with DevOps Build and Release Tools. - Good experience in Code Management using Repositories like Github, BitBucket, etc., and have a good understanding of Branching and Release Strategies.
