MERN Stack Developer

As a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 5-9 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and processes. - Work closely with the DevOps team for deployment and CI/CD integration. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and JSON. - Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL is an advantage. - Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Education: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Prior experience in leading small development teams is a plus.
