Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (Fullstack)

About the Role

Were looking for a MERN Fullstack Developer who can work across both frontend and backend with confidence. The ideal candidate should be strong in React and Node, have solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases, and be comfortable working on scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain fullstack applications using React.js and Node.js
  • Develop RESTful APIs using Express.js • Manage and optimize database structures using MySQL • Work with Redis for caching and performance tuning • Handle deployments, monitoring, and scaling on AWS • Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams to deliver clean and efficient solutions • Troubleshoot code-level issues and perform root-cause analysis • Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness • Write reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices

Required Skills

• Strong experience in

  React.js

  for UI development • Hands-on expertise in

  Node.js

  and

  Express.js

  • Solid understanding of

  MySQL

  • Experience working with

  Redis

  • Knowledge of

  AWS services

  (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) • Proficiency in JavaScript and modern ES6+ features • Experience integrating third-party APIs • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile practices • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with TypeScript • Exposure to microservices architecture
