MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with over 3 years of experience, specializing in Node.js and proficient in React.js. The ideal candidate will excel in constructing scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services utilizing contemporary JavaScript frameworks. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. You will be tasked with creating interactive and responsive UI components with React.js. Designing and optimizing RESTful APIs & GraphQL endpoints for seamless integration, implementing authentication, authorization, and security best practices, writing efficient, scalable, and reusable code adhering to best coding practices, optimizing application performance, scalability, and database queries, collaborating with DevOps teams to deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services, debugging and resolving issues in production and development environments, and working closely with cross-functional teams such as front-end developers, designers, and product managers. To qualify for this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in MERN stack development, with a strong proficiency in Node.js and backend development. Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or Context API), and component-based architecture is essential. Proficiency in MongoDB, including data modeling and indexing, experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets, familiarity with JWT, OAuth, and other authentication mechanisms, knowledge of unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Chai) and debugging tools, experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred), strong problem-solving and analytical skills, experience with Next.js for SSR/SSG, hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, exposure to Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka, and knowledge of microservices architecture are also required.
