About the Role

MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and

  develop scalable applications using MERN Stack.

• Build and manage

  real-time communication features

  with

  Socket.io.

• Optimize

  large-scale systems with Redis for caching, pub/sub, and session

management.

• Work on

  AI implementation such as recommendation systems, chatbot integration, or

NLP features.

• Handle large-scale applications (1M+ users) ensuring high availability, low latency,

and reliability.

• Efficiently design, query, and optimize multiple databases:

• MongoDB (NoSQL)

• PostgreSQL & MySQL (RDBMS)

• VectorDB (for AI/semantic search use cases)

• Conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, and follow best practices for scalable

architecture.

• Collaborate in

  Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to product innovation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• 3 -7 years of development experience.
• Expertise in

  scalable systems with 1M+ users.

• Solid knowledge of databases:

  MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, VectorDB

• Strong understanding of

  Socket.io and real-time applications.

• Hands-on with

  Redis (caching, pub/sub, distributed sessions).

• AI/ML integration experience (OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, custom AI pipelines).

• Strong fundamentals in

  data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.

• Cloud experience with

  AWS/GCP/Azure/Digital Ocean/GPU.

• Excellent

  debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of

  event-driven architecture & microservices.

• Familiarity with

  message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, BullMQ).

• TypeScript

  experience.
• Prior contribution to

  large-scale AI-driven applications.

• Client Handling experience.
