About the Role

Graphic & UI/UX Designer

design needs

Figma and modern design tools

marketing creatives, videos, and social content

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

Create
wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma.
Design modern,
user-friendly interfaces for web & mobile apps.
Conduct basic
usability testing & feedback incorporation.

Branding & Graphics

Develop l
ogos, brand guidelines, and visual identity.
Design
presentations, brochures, banners, infographics, and print materials.
Ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Marketing & Social Medi

Create ads,
campaign creatives, social media posts, emailers, thumbnails, and newsletters.
Support the marketing team with
creative assets for campaigns and events.
Knowledge of
basic copy alignment (text + visuals) for marketing content.

Video & Motion Graphics

Design and edit
videos, reels, promos, and explainers.
Add
motion graphics, transitions, and animations.
Optimize videos for
different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Ads, etc.).

AI & Productivity Tools

Use
AI design & content tools
(Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Canva AI, Runway, ChatGPT

prompts for creatives, etc.) to speed up workflows.

Stay updated with
emerging AI tools & trends in design.

Required Skills

4+ years of relevant design experience.
Figma
(must-have) for UI/UX work.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience in
branding, logo design, and marketing collaterals.
Strong in
video editing, motion graphics, and animation basics.
Understanding of
design systems, typography, and color theory.
Knowledge of
social media formats & marketing design standards.
Familiarity with
AI design tools for faster execution.

Education

Bachelors degree in Design / Fine Arts / Multimedia or equivalent experience.
