Freelance Trainer Opportunity – Merger & Acquisition (Insurance Industry)

We are looking for experienced freelance trainers/consultants to deliver a 2-day training program (16 hours) on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Insurance Industry with a focus on the Indian market.

Program Overview

• Fundamentals of M&A – mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, joint ventures

• Global & Indian M&A trends with case studies (e.g., HDFC Life–Exide Life, ICICI Lombard–Bharti AXA)

• Deal structures (stock, cash, asset purchase, amalgamations)

• Regulatory & legal frameworks – IRDAI, SEBI, CCI, FDI norms

• Valuation techniques (EV, Appraisal Value, MCEV, DCF, comparables)

• Due diligence (financial, actuarial, operational, legal)

• Post-merger integration challenges (HR, IT, cultural, customer retention)

• Roleplays, group discussions, and real-world insurance M&A case studies

Trainer Requirements

✅ Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or insurance industry consulting

✅ Strong knowledge of insurance-specific regulations and valuation methods

✅ Hands-on exposure to insurance M&A deals in India (preferred)

✅ Ability to simplify complex financial/actuarial concepts for diverse learners

✅ Prior experience in corporate training / executive workshops
