Job Description

You would be working with US-based brands to set up Loop, a subscription management platform for e-commerce brands. Your role would involve onboarding big brands onto Loop and ensuring a seamless merchant experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with merchants, founders, product, and sales teams to own the merchant onboarding process - Engage with merchants and agencies on a daily basis to provide solutions and ensure a positive experience - Use your 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role to effectively communicate, manage stakeholders, and work comfortably with Excel - Demonstrate a high level of customer empathy and a solution-oriented mindset - Utilize your technology understanding to support merchant onboarding without requiring hands-on coding - Implement growth hacks and strategies to drive merchant acquisition and retention Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities - Comfortable working with Excel and understanding technology - Diligent, proactive, and enthusiastic about growth opportunities - Preferred experience in SaaS industry The company is a subscription management platform catering to e-commerce brands in the US market. As e-commerce evolves, customers seek convenient ways to order and discover products, and Loop provides a plug-and-play solution for monthly subscriptions. The role is based in Gurgaon with work timings aligned with US shifts from 5 PM to 3 AM IST.
