Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for EMI business in the designated territory, your primary objective will be to drive the business by focusing on Brand Mapping, OEM coordination, and acquiring and managing ISPs to increase market share. Your role requires you to be well-connected in the CDIT/CD industry and have the ability to independently drive EMI volume while ensuring month-on-month growth. Achieving monthly and quarterly EMI targets is crucial, along with building and managing the ISP channel. Regular market visits are required as per the Beat Plan. Key Responsibilities: - Drive EMI business by focusing on Brand Mapping, OEM coordination, and acquiring and managing ISPs - Independently drive EMI volume while ensuring month-on-month growth - Achieve monthly and quarterly EMI targets - Build and manage the ISP channel - Conduct regular market visits as per the Beat Plan Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in sales - Strong understanding of client requirements - Self-motivated and self-driven with a passion for performance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Company Details: N/A,
