Merchandising Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Merchandising Manager to lead and manage our merchandising operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling buyer communications, order execution, production follow-ups, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for domestic and export orders
• Communicate with buyers and understand requirements
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely deliveries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Maintain order status reports and documentation
• Ensure product quality and buyer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Textiles, Fashion, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Merchandising, preferably in knitted fabrics.
• Strong understanding of production processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
