Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to ensure the availability and visibility of Glanbia’s premium nutrition products across assigned retail outlets, gyms, and health stores. This role is field-based and requires regular travel within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail outlets to check product placement and visibility.
Ensure proper stocking, shelf management, and planogram compliance.
Replace near-expiry products and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out).
Set up POS materials, branding, and promotional displays.
Collect and share market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Requirements

Minimum Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in merchandising, FMCG field sales, or retail operations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with retail partners.
Basic knowledge of fitness, nutrition, or health supplements is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
