Merchandiser

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the arrangement and display of products to maximise sales and brand visibility across multiple branches. This role requires travel between locations, and accommodation expenses will be covered when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and display products in a visually appealing manner as per company standards
• Ensure timely replenishment and rotation of stock
• Monitor and analyze sales trends to adjust product placement strategies
• Maintain display standards and promotional materials in all locations
• Provide detailed feedback on product performance and market trends
• Travel to branches in Koppam, Palakkad, and Kochi as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a merchandiser or in a similar retail role
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and product presentation
• Willingness to travel regularly between branches (travel allowance provided)
• Flexibility to work across branches; accommodation expenses will be provided when staying
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
