Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising strategies to enhance store traffic and drive sales. Your main tasks will include designing and arranging store displays, window presentations, and in-store signage. You will collaborate closely with store management and marketing teams to ensure that displays are in sync with promotional campaigns and brand guidelines. It will be your duty to monitor the effectiveness of merchandising efforts and make necessary adjustments to optimize results. Working in coordination with inventory and sales teams, you will showcase key products and new arrivals in a visually appealing manner. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the store's aesthetics by managing lighting, product arrangement, and cleanliness. Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies is crucial in this role, as you will be expected to implement seasonal and promotional changes in the store layout accordingly.
