Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Buyer Coordination:
Act as the point of contact for buyers for all order-related communication.
Production Follow-up:
Work closely with production teams to track order status and ensure timely delivery.
TNA Management:
Create and monitor Time and Action (TNA) calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
Sampling & Development:
Coordinate sampling processes, ensure accuracy of samples, and obtain approvals.
Sourcing & Procurement:
Follow up on fabric and trims sourcing; ensure materials arrive as per TNA.
Order Execution:
Assist in order processing, from PO receipt to shipment, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain updated records of orders, communications, and approvals; prepare regular reports for internal use.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of garment production cycles and merchandising workflows
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
Proficiency in Excel and basic ERP systems
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
