Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing, sourcing, and managing the product range within the Home Dcor and Home Textile categories. This role requires strong coordination with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely execution, quality assurance, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and develop the home category product range in line with market trends and business strategy. - Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for product development and timely delivery. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends and product opportunities. - Manage pricing, margins, and inventory to optimize sales and profitability. - Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure quality and consistency in materials and finishes. - Monitor sales performance and suggest product mix adjustments based on data insights. - Ensure all merchandise aligns with brand standards and customer expectations. - Maintain documentation for purchase orders, approvals, and shipment tracking. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in Textile, Fashion, or related field. - 36 years of experience in merchandising for Home Dcor / Home Textiles / Lifestyle categories. - Experience in export or e-commerce setups will be an added advantage.
