Strong coordination skills between
design, production, QC, and clients

Good understanding of
costing, order management, and sampling

Ability to track timelines, materials, and approvals efficiently.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of
MS Excel, ERP, and report filing

Prior experience in merchandising (export/manufacturing/Jewellery) is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Manage the
end-to-end merchandising cycle
— sampling, production follow-up, and dispatch.
Coordinate with
production, design, QA, and logistics
to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare cost sheets, track orders, and update clients regularly.
Ensure timely approvals for samples, designs, and materials.
Maintain daily reports, order sheets, and production status trackers.
Monitor product quality and resolve issues with internal teams.
Support management with data, MIS, and requirement planning.
