Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to determine product needs. Daily tasks include managing stock levels, liaising with suppliers, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure product lineup and pricing align with customer needs. The Merchandiser will also coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.

• Experience in Sales and Retail
• Knowledge of Marketing principles
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and data
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
