Job Title: Apparel Designer and Merchandiser (School Wear / Corporate Wear / Industrial Wear)

Job Responsibilities:

? Design & Creative Development:

o Create engaging physical and digital materials to attract clients for school uniforms and other garments.

o Develop innovative designs and concepts for garments that align with customer needs and market

trends.

o Ensure designs meet functionality, comfort, and aesthetic standards.

? Merchandising & Sales Support:

o Collaborate with the production and sales teams to oversee the flow of apparel from production to sales.

o Develop merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and maximize customer engagement.

o Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve product offerings.

? Product Development & Analysis:

o Coordinate product development processes from design to final production.

o Ensure timely delivery of products, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

o Conduct regular market research to identify customer preferences and competitive positioning.

? Client Relationship & Customer Satisfaction:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term customer

satisfaction.

o Address customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

? Strong understanding of apparel production, design, and merchandising.

? Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

? Experience with digital design tools and product development software.

? Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
