Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Trainer based in Kochi. The MEP Trainer will be responsible for delivering lectures and hands-on training sessions, developing course materials, and providing mentorship for students. The role requires preparing detailed lesson plans, evaluating student performance, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with other trainers and administrative staff to ensure high-quality training.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other related software tools
• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Ability to evaluate and mentor students effectively
• At least 1 year of hands-on industry experience in MEP
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of engineering or technology
• Certification as an Autodesk Professional is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
