Mep Supervisor

Paras Hospital is hiring MEP Supervisor.

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day

  operation and maintenance

  of all

  MEP systems

  HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and DG sets.
• Monitor performance and ensure

  preventive and corrective maintenance

  of equipment as per schedule.
• Lead and guide the technical team including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
  
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply, functioning of DG sets, UPS systems, and lighting circuits.
  
• Oversee

  HVAC system operation

  including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems for optimal performance.
• Supervise

  plumbing systems

  – water supply, drainage, STP, and RO plants.
• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and inventory of spare parts.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing and AMC activities.
  
• Ensure all hospital facilities comply with

  safety, NABH, and statutory norms.

• Support biomedical and other departments for utility-related issues.
  
• Attend to emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
  
• Assist the Engineering Head in preparing

  maintenance budgets, audit reports, and energy-saving initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to

  hospital infection control and safety protocols

  during maintenance work.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience:

  5–10 years in MEP maintenance, preferably in

  hospital or healthcare facility.

• Hands-on experience in

  HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, DG sets, and building utilities.

• Strong knowledge of

  preventive maintenance schedules, equipment troubleshooting,

  and vendor coordination.
• Good communication and team supervision skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
