As an MEP maintenance supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee maintenance activities for a facility, ensuring that tasks are planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently and safely, while adhering to company standards. Your duties will include developing and implementing maintenance schedules and budgets, conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues, repairing faulty equipment, training and mentoring maintenance staff, managing inventory and equipment, coordinating daily cleaning and maintenance activities, providing accurate reports on required works and timesheets, responding promptly to reactive issues and help desk requests, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safe work environment, and maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities. It is paramount that you prioritize the safety and health of employees, safeguard the company from fines and violations resulting from compliance failures, and uphold accurate documentation of maintenance operations.
