ENGINEER-CUSTOMER RELATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in handling the engineer-customer relations profile with builders industry.

• Excellent communication skills
• Technical Proficiency & Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Technical Knowledge

JOB ROLE

• Enquire customisation requirements to all customers after sending customisation packages to each.
• In case of additional customisation requests, coordinate with the Site-In-Charge/Project Head to confirm feasibility of customisation request
• Follow up with customers to obtain confirmation for customisation details and pricing.
• Conduct site visits to check typical floor, Electrical and plumbing works
• Conduct site visits to inspect and validate implementation of customer customisation. Conducts site visits to check general snags after completion of project.
• Prepare reconciliation chart to check installations in each flat
• Coordinating with each customers and also for handing over functions.
• Coordinate with Site-In-Charge to rectify customisation snags identified during the property inspection .
• Obtain customer feedback for service delivered and forward the same to the CRM for analysis
• Update the customisation tracker to reflect closure of handover process
• Regular record updation and tracker maintenance of various CRD works.
• Regular follow up with respect to completion of customer suggestions and thus to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Assisting CR –In charge in documentation registration and tracker updating work. TEAM player role in CR.
