Job description of MEPF engineerAt least 5-7 years of experience in executing MEPF Industrial projects.Project execution and coordinationMaintain proper documentation and reportingConducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Verifying that MEP installations meet quality standards and comply with building codes and safety regulations. Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during installation. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulationsCoordinating and communicating effectively on-site work with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, contractors and design team and project team of clientProviding MEP system installation, maintenance and technical advice to service providers, supervisors and inspectorsInspecting, analysing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP featuresReviewing and evaluating the work of contractors, consultants and other construction industry professionalsReviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design planMonitoring project progress and adjusting schedules as neededProviding technical advice and support to service providers, supervisors, and inspectors.Making technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific on-site construction requirementsMonitoring and maintaining on-site health and safety policies and explaining the necessity of complying with these to the crewMaking technical clarifications and design modifications to suit on-site requirementsUndertaking off-site inspections of MEP equipment and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and project suitabilityProviding solutions for engineering problems related to MEP systems.call : 9898064882Mail Id : prathvi.panchal@ethoshr.net
