Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business leads and manage the complete sales cycle for MEP solutions.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, PMC teams, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.

3. Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on project requirements.

4. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions.

5. Conduct site visits to understand project scope and provide appropriate MEP solutions.

6. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

7. Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to enhance business strategies.

8. Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP sales or project sales.

* Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Experience

* Experience working on corporate office interiors, factories, or hotel projects.

* Exposure to green building concepts and energy-efficient MEP solutions.

* Familiarity with large-scale turnkey interior projects and high-performance building systems.
