Job Description

Lead and manage complete
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
works for residential, commercial, and township projects.
Plan, schedule, and monitor MEP execution (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, STP/ETP, Lifts, etc.) in coordination with project timelines.
Review and approve
GFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals
for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for design approvals and execution clarity.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory standards.
Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems to the client/facility team.
Track budgets, control costs, and support billing/contracts team in verification of MEP-related bills.
Lead cross-functional coordination with civil and architectural teams to eliminate clashes and ensure smooth progress.
Guide and mentor engineers, supervisors, and site staff to achieve project milestones.
Prepare and present project MIS, progress reports, and risk assessments to senior management.
