MEP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive MEP Management

• Plan, monitor, and execute projects covering

  HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Electrical.

• Review and approve

  MEP drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and coordination drawings

  .
• Conduct

  design validation, load calculations, and equipment sizing

  in coordination with consultants.

• Site Execution & Coordination

• Oversee

  installation, testing, and commissioning

  of all MEP services.
• Liaise with

  architects, structural teams, vendors, procurement, and design consultants

  for seamless integration.
• Ensure

  clash detection and resolution

  through regular site and coordination meetings.

• Project Administration

• Prepare and monitor

  project schedules, budgets, and billing

  .
• Maintain

  documentation

  including method statements, quality checklists, and handover reports.
• Enforce compliance with

  local codes, IS standards, and safety regulations

  .

• Team & Vendor Management

• Lead on-site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
  
• Negotiate and manage

  sub-contracts, material approvals, and vendor performance

  .

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  , MS Project/Primavera (or similar project-management tools).
• Strong understanding of

  HVAC load calculations, pump head calculations, electrical single-line diagrams, and firefighting hydraulics

  .
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and client-management abilities.
