Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee MEP systems from project initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Developing standard operating procedures to simplify the Material procurement, Billing and Quality Control etc.
Developing/reviewing the Design, tender documents, and technical specifications; coordinate with architects, Site engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed on time and to specifications.
Prepare project budgets and bills of quantities, manage costs and services.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, and conduct site inspections to maintain safety standards and quality control.
Prepare and present progress reports and updates on Monthly basis to the directors.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) qualification with 2 to 10 yrs experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities and MEP Projects
