Preparation of project report, weekly, qtly , and monthly site wise and summary reports of works in progress
2. Co-ordination with site engineers, project and purchase dept.
3. Co ordination with design and drawings dept. including checking the drawings/BOQs as per approved drawings and prepared BOQ
4. Co-ordination with Vendors, consultants as per the assigned responsibilities
5. Preparation of technical specifications in line with indents /requisites for approvals and communicating to Purchase Dept.
6. Maintaining of documents which are pertaining to project site wise including statutory copy of documents
7. 7.Visit to project on basis of prior approval to co-ordinate the installation and commissioning of project as per the timeline set
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in project management in the manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drawings preparation
- Good communication and co-ordination skills
